The hot filling PET bottle blowing machine is applied widely in PET hot filling bottle for juice, tea drinks ,energy drinks and other hot filling drinks.
Performance and characteristics:
1. The continuous rotation of the embryo feeding system is closely combined with the machine, which effectively reduces the machine's footprint. The preform is not flipped and the structure is simple.
2. Continuous heating system, the heating pitch between the preforms is 48mm, and the heating space of the lamp tube is effectively used to improve the preform heating efficiency and energy saving effect (saving energy consumption can reach 30%).
3. The reversible heating box is convenient for the replacement and maintenance of the heating lamp.
4. The shift step is driven by a servo motor, and the clamping jaws are fixed on the time gauge belt; a variable pitch system is used, and the servo motor controls the pitch change to ensure high-speed operation and accurate positioning.
5. The blow molding station adopts a servo motor to drive the opening and closing mold and the bottom mold linkage structure. The combination of high-speed precision air blowing valve group meets the requirements of high productivity.
6. HMI control system, easy to operate.
