PET automatic plastic water bottle blowing moulding making machine prices
This series is widely used for making PET bottle for drinking water, carbonated soft drink, medium temperature filling drink, milk,
edible oil, food, daily chemical……ect.
1. 48mm pitched, more preforms are uninterruptedly heated within the same distance, which improves the efficiency and energy

2. The thermostatic heating system ensure that the heating temperature of each preform surface and internal is uniform.Hinged
oven holders make it easy for the operators to change infrared tubes and do maintenance.
The application of the full closed-loop voltage regulator in preform heating system:(RiBo company is the first
manufacturer of linear PET blow moulding machine who has this technology in China )
The temperature of the heating ovens are controlled by the full closed-loop voltage regulator (with feedback) which
independently developed by RiBo company. The controller detects and adjusts the output voltage (set value) at the scanning
frequency of 100 times per second, so as to achieve the effect of evenly voltage output and solve the problem of unstable
heating effect caused by the heat fluctuation of heating element (lamps) due to the voltage fluctuation of the power supply. In
addition, the closed-loop control system interacts and cooperates with the original heating ovens’ constant temperature control
system, greatly improving the heating temperature fluctuation caused by environmental temperature change. By application of
the above technology in the bottle blowing machine, the heating uniformity and stability of each preform tend to be completely
consistent, which finally ensures the stability and uniformity of the bottle blowing effect of each cavity. This closed-loop unit has
further improved the overall performance of the bottle blowing equipment.
3. The perform transfer system with grippers and the variable pitch system are both driven by the servo motors to ensure high
speed and accurate preform handling between the two mechanism.
4. The Servo driven the molding mechanism, triggering off the linkage to the bottom mold. The application of high speed
precision blowing valve unit helps to make high capacity.
5. The cooling system for the preform neck is equipped to ensure the preform neck does not deform during heating and
blowing.
6. The high pressure blowing system is equipped with the air recycling device which may reduce the air consumption to achieve
the energy-efficient and environmental safe.For the high pressure blowing valves used Seitz brand combi valves,pre-blow,high
pressure blow,recovery,exhasut 4 in 1 block(Same as the rotary machine),the air inlet of this kind of blowing valves
bigger,shortening the blowing time and improving the efficiency of production.
7. Being highly intelligent, the machine is equipped with the units of preform temperature detection, leaking bottle detection and
rejection as well as jammed air conveyor detection, ect, which ensures the machine work efficiently and stably.
8.Quick change mould,the simple slide-in way of mold mounting makes it possible for the operators to change molds easily
Omron servo controller system (motion controller, modular) is connected with the machine via particular communicating
cables.The user can manage all the actions of the machine through the motion controller. Once the machine has a fault, the
man-machine interface will provide warning signals and fault diagnosis report to the operator, the operator can quickly find the
cause of the fault and troubleshoot as soon as possible through the fault display.
★ If the bottle is blocked/full in the air conveyor, the function of automatic stop feeding preforms can be set in the program
through photoelectric detection.
★ If the machine after blowing machine stops working for too long time, the heating lamp can be set with the function of
automatically reducing temperature, saving electricity consumption and avoid the excessive temperature in the heating ovens.
